Plate loaded. It takes 50 mm Olympic plates, which are sold separately, so the maximum load depends on the plates you have rather than a fixed stack.

Will it fit under my ceiling?

Yes in almost any gym. The machine is 1420 mm tall and the arms press up and forward on an incline without going far overhead, so a standard 2.4 m ceiling works.

What does the warranty cover?
