The Low Row from the Dynasty range is a pin loaded seated cable row with a low pulley, flat bench seat and angled foot plates, driven by a 115 kg weight stack. It trains the mid back, lats, rear shoulders and biceps, and because there is no chest pad the lower back and core work to hold the position.

It gives a commercial gym the classic seated cable row without tying up a functional trainer or cable crossover, and the clip on cable means the gym can swap handles to change the grip.
