Black Friday Sale 2026 & Early Access Prize Draw

Promoter

The promoter is Compound Fitness Equipment of Burleigh Heads, Queensland (“Compound Fitness”, “we”, “us”).

The Black Friday Sale offers discounts of up to 60% off selected Compound Fitness equipment. Discounts vary by product.
Early Access runs from 11:00 AM AEST on 27 October 2026 to 11:00 AM AEST on 3 November 2026. The public sale runs from 11:00 AM AEST on 3 November 2026 to 11:59 AM AEST on 30 November 2026.
All prices are as marked. Sale pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, quote or promotion unless stated otherwise.
Products are subject to availability.
Sale prices do not apply to orders placed or quotes accepted before the sale starts, and cannot be applied retrospectively.
We take care to make sure prices are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

The prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to Australian businesses and Australian residents aged 18 or over who place an order through compoundfitness.com.au or with our sales team during Early Access (from 11:00 AM AEST on 27 October 2026 to 11:00 AM AEST on 3 November 2026) (“Promotional Period”).
Eligible customers are automatically entered into the draw. No separate entry is required.
Each customer receives one entry, regardless of how many orders they place. A customer is identified by name, business name, email address, phone number or ABN. Multiple orders by the same customer, or by related parties, count as a single entry.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned before the draw are not eligible. If an entrant’s order is later cancelled, refunded or returned, their entry, or any prize won, may be forfeited.
Employees of Compound Fitness and Flex Fitness, their immediate families, and agencies or companies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

One winner will receive one 3D Linear Hip Thrust machine (RRP $5,299 incl. GST).
The prize includes delivery to one address within mainland Australia / metropolitan areas. Installation is not included. Delivery will be arranged with the winner at a mutually agreed time.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any relevant state or territory regulations.
The value of the prize is correct at the time of publishing. We are not responsible for any change in value.

The draw will take place on 2 December 2026 at the Compound Fitness office in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, by random selection from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s name (first name, initial and suburb, or business name) will be published at compoundfitness.com.au and/or on our social media by 7 December 2026.
Our decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

We may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or acts in breach of these terms, including by splitting orders or using multiple identities to obtain more entries.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant authority.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from the Promotion or the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Warranty & Returns policy: compoundfitness.com.au/pages/warranty-returns.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees for faulty goods.

Personal information collected through the sale and the Promotion will be used to process orders, run the Promotion, contact the winner and, where you have consented, send marketing communications. It will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy: compoundfitness.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
