The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Standing Abductor trains hip abduction and the glute medius from an upright, athletic stance, built for commercial gyms, S&C facilities and PT studios. It is plate loaded with a 200 kg maximum loading capacity, covers 1700 × 1040 mm of floor space and stands 1650 mm tall.

Standing up changes the exercise. The working leg drives out while the standing leg, hips and core have to hold the body steady, which carries over to running, cutting and landing far better than a seated abductor.
