How is the decline bench loaded?

There is no weight stack. It takes a 50 mm Olympic barbell on the J-hooks, loaded with Olympic plates that can be kept on the 4 storage horns. Bars and plates are sold separately. Primal rates it to a 350 kg max user weight.

Is ceiling height a concern?

No. The frame is 1331 mm tall and the bar is pressed from a lying position, so a standard 2.4 m ceiling is fine.
