The Primal Performance Series Lat Pulldown is a seated, pin loaded pulldown with a 125 kg weight stack, a swivel mounted high pulley and a taller frame for a bigger stretch at the top. It stands 2330 mm tall on a 1000 × 1450 mm footprint and weighs 256 kg.
The swivel pulley follows the cable as users change grips or pull one arm at a time, and the extra height means taller members get a full overhead reach before each rep.

How much floor space does the Lat Pulldown need?
It is 1000 × 1450 mm and 2330 mm high. Leave about 600 mm around it for access, which gives a zone of roughly 2.2 × 2.7 m.
What ceiling height do I need?
The frame is 2330 mm tall, so a 2.4 m ceiling leaves very little room. We suggest at least 2.6 m, and check for lights, fans or beams directly above.
What is the weight stack?

Yes. This version adds the swivel mounted high pulley and extra frame height compared with earlier Primal pulldowns.
